No disability will be able to stop a determined mind. This message is so immensely important because many of us think a disability is a handicap towards goals in life. And that is not true. Saying our minds are more powerful than we know is an understatement. But it is correct. Our minds are so incredibly powerful that they control our entire bodies, reactions, and what we do. When we start complaining, we start bringing negative thoughts into our brains that inhibit us to unleash our full potential and eventually fail us. But if we are positive and keep standing up every time we fall, eventually we will achieve our goal. Being negative is a disability. In the elementary classrooms being negative is a handicap; teachers should learn to teach their kids about the danger of being negative in the teaching space. But missing a limb or being deaf is neither a disability nor a handicap. Elementary classrooms should be inclusive enough to accommodation all students without discrimination. Childrenââ¬â¢s with special need should be attended differently than the other students. Elementary classrooms should always have the necessary resources required to help the learnerââ¬â¢s progress well without any difficulties. Controlling medicine or something else such as evaluations of student progress, improve student action of accomplishing or completing something challenging, staff the schools with "highly qualified" teachers, and increase responsibility for behavior to different groups of voters or supporters Personal opinion regarding case study 2.2 In my opinion, I believe that the teachers did the right thing to risk their lives to rescuing the pupils. According to Craig (2016), moral value serves as our guiding principle, and hence drives our behavior and helps us to determine that which is good from wrong. Therefore, the teachers saw it was fit to save the pupilsââ¬â¢ lives even if this meant risking their own (Johnson, 2016). Craig also notes that if a personââ¬â¢s moral principles agree with those enforced within their organization, he/she tends to feel better fit, which helps one to fully commit oneself to their job. Thus, the teachers were fully committed to their job and believed it was their obligation to protect the pupils from any form of danger. In addition, the teachers were upholding high moral characteristic nature and hence this enabled them to make wise choice during the shooting incident in the school (Johnson, 2016).
